The product itself is good and are quite beautiful but the packaging left A LOT to be desired. The first time they were shipped to me the little shell they come in had popped open and they were loose in a box that was VERY large for this small package to be shipped in and out of the 12 that I ordered only 1 was in the box when it arrived. They were very good about reshipping them but they came packaged the same way, the shell again had popped open but I was lucky enough to have 12 picks inside this HUGE box. I told them about the packaging the first time but that was in vain. Product is well worth the money but getting them to you could be a huge feat!
